Description

This sixteen-page pamphlet is a reproduction of a supplement to the New York Times originally published on February 9, 1913. Page two is a new article by Harold Holzer titled "How Lincoln Coped with His Image Problem." The title at the top of page three "The Life of Lincoln as Told in Pictures" covers the remaining pages beginning with his birth in 1809 to his assassination and the trial of the conspirators all done in pictures with captions.
