Description
This jumbo-sized postcard features a night time view the Lincoln Memorial statue of President Abraham Lincoln, done by sculptor Daniel Chester French, located in Washington, D. C. President Lincoln is depicted seated in a large stately chair with a large United States flag draped over the back of the chair. Each of Lincoln's arms is resting on the chair. His head is tilted slightly downward as if deep in thought. The statue rests on a ten-foot high pedestal. The caption "Abraham Lincoln" is printed in the upper left corner of the postcard.
