This print is the official proclamation by the governor of Massachusetts setting aside February 12, 1911, to be observed as Lincoln Day. "So while I now request that flags be displayed on Lincoln Day...I also urge that everyone within this Commonwealth take earnest thought of Lincoln as a man and citizen, so that we all may learn from him..."
