This figurine shows John A. Andrews standing, facing the audience. He is wearing long pants, a long closed coat, vest, shirt, bow tie, and a long cloak with braided cord. In his right hand, he holds a rolled up piece of paper, and in his left hand, he has pulled up his cloak to his chest. His left foot is slightly more forward. The figure stands on a pedestal that is pockmarked. On the back center of the base is printed, "I know not what record of sin awaits me in the other world but I know that I was never mean enough to despise any man because he was ignorant, because he was poor, or because he was black. John A. Andrews." On the back left side is engraved, "Published by J.M.D&S. Boston Copyright." On the back right side is engraved, "M. Milmore S.C."
