Description
Bronze-painted plaster statuette of President Abraham Lincoln depicts him standing on a circular base with his right leg positioned slightly in front of his left. Lincoln is bearded, wears an overcoat, vest, and bow tie, and holds a manuscript scroll in his hands. The scroll is engraved "Proclamation of Emancipation." "Copyright by Leonard W.
