Description

This watercolor on heavy textured paper was done by President Abraham Lincoln's great-granddaughter, Mary Lincoln Beckwith, also known as Peggy Beckwith. The scene features a house in a country setting with a colorful landscape and a wooded background. The property entrance includes three large posts with an ornamental gate.
