Description

This watercolor on heavy textured paper was painted by President Abraham Lincoln's great-granddaughter, Mary Lincoln Beckwith, also known as Peggy Beckwith. It features a farm scene with a house, a shed, and a barn under an overcast sky. Five trees in fall colors are shown near the buildings while a hill is depicted behind the barn.
