Description

This watercolor on heavy textured paper was done by President Abraham Lincoln's great-granddaughter, Mary Lincoln Beckwith, also known as Peggy Beckwith. It features two horses, possibly a mare and her foal, grazing in a meadow with mountains in the background. The artist painted on both sides of this paper.
