Description

Red, white, and black striped silk fraternal ribbon with gold fringe at the bottom. A cream-colored celluloid and gilt bar reads "Representative" and is affixed at the top. A short white ribbon is attached at the top and appliqued with two crossed American flags; a round celluloid metal with a green globe, pink tent, and "Knights of the Maccabees, Astra Castra, Numen Lumen" printed in black hangs from the short ribbon. The striped ribbon is stamped with "Second Biennial Review Great Camp, K.O.T.M., Huntington, Ind., May 16-17, 1899" in gold at the bottom.
