Description

Linked decorative bars and medallion draped over a red, white, and blue striped ribbon. A copper eagle pin is perched at the top on two enameled flags. The first bar is engraved with "National Encampment, Grand Army of the Republic." The second bar is engraved with "Boston, Massachusetts, 1924." The third bar is engraved with "Gaylord M. Saltzgaber, Commander-in-Chief." The fourth bar is engraved with "Representative." A round copper medallion with cobalt blue trim features theright profile of Abraham Lincoln in low relief.
