Description

Medal features a royal purple silk ribbon and an attached medallion. A gilt rectangular bar runs across the top of the ribbon and features a paper label that reads "Grand Encampment I.O.O.F." The dangling ovular medallion is red with white text and black and white images of Abraham Lincoln and symbols of the fraternal organization. The text reads, "Annual Session I.O.O.F. of Illinois/Springfield/Nov. 1915." A paper maker's label is crumpled and adhered to the back.
