This color postcard features an illustration of President Abraham Lincoln watching the Union soldiers leaving to attack Norfolk, Virginia. He is standing with Secretary of War Stanton, Secretary of the Treasury Chase, and Major General Wool. Ships can be seen on the water in the background. The postcard reverse is divided.
