Wilcox & John Close jr. being sworn say that they attended five days as witnesses in this case. Sworn in court the 22nd April 1833." Docketed on verso.; Elijah Estep failed to pay Jacob Bale $36.62 1/2 on an account. Bale sued Estep in the Justice of the Peace court to recover the debt and the jury found for Bale. Estep appealed the judgment to the circuit court.
