Description

Cream silk commemorative ribbon. Side edges of the ribbon are lined with .25" black line. All of the text and image on the cream silk are stamped in gold. Portrait of Lincoln in top quarter of the cream silk. Text directly under the image reads, "Abraham Lincoln Born Feb. 12th, 1809." Center of ribbon has slightly larger test that reads, "Elected 16th President of the U.S. November 6th, 1860." Lower quarter of the cream section of the ribbon has the text, "Assassinated APR. 14, '65. He Set The Millions Free. Requiescat-En-Pace."
