Description
This badge features a button pin with attached ribbons and a hanging medallion. The button pin, attached to a red, white, and blue bow, features a portrait of President William McKinley within a forest green border with dark brown print. The above are attached to the top of a yellow and pale blue striped satin ribbon with stamped gold-colored text which reads "Allied Republican Clubs of Philada, June 18th, 1900." Attached to the end of this ribbon is a hanging double-sided medallion with a photograph of Abraham Lincoln on one side and a photograph of William McKinley on the other side. Photographs are framed by an iron frame that has a consistent pattern of fleur-di-lis and framed circles. This pattern is executed in low relief. The reverse features a single metal needle at the top used for pinning. The reverse of the ribbon is stamped with blue print that reads "J.H. Shaw Co., 1326 Arch Street PHILADA.".
