Description
White silk commemorative ribbon. All text and the central image are stamped in black. Text on top quarter of the ribbon reads, "Union League of Rhode Island." There is very small text above the central image that reads, "In Memory Of Our Departed Brother." The central image is a classically clothed female that is leaning against a large anchor. "Abraham Lincoln" is in bold black letters above the image. Directly below the central image the text reads, "Eulogy by Wm. Lloyd Garrison, June 1st, 1865." The sides of the ribbon are scalloped and then edged with a herringbone design. Both the top and bottom edges are frayed.
