Description
Cotton Indiana Company Civil War flag features horizontal red and white stripes with a blue field of appliqued white stars in the proper upper right corner. The blue field features thirteen appliqued white stars. The proper right side of the flag features a drawstring with a loop at the bottom. According to the donor of the flag, John Charles Freemont True of Decatur, Indiana, was a captain in the Union Army when he carried this flag into battle.
