This print is the official proclamation by the governor of Massachusetts setting aside February 12, 1918, to be observed as Lincoln Day "with the recommendation that it be observed by the people with appropriate exercises...to the end that the memory of the public service and private virtues of Abraham Lincoln may be perpetuated in the Commonwealth."
