This black and white print features the text of President Abraham Lincoln's speech at the dedication ceremony for the National Cemetery at Gettysburg, Pennsylvania, on November 19, 1863. The text is shown on an illustrated scroll. Surrounding the scroll are illustrations on a gray background of President Lincoln, a log cabin, an axe buried in a tree stump, many crosses indicating graves in the cemetery, three cannons, and the dome of the Capitol Building in Washington, D.
