This bronze bookend is a reproduction of the Lincoln Memorial statue in Washington, D. C., by artist Daniel Chester French. President Abraham Lincoln is shown seated with his arms resting on the armrests of the chair. Lincoln is depicted with a beard and is shown wearing a long outer coat, vest, shirt, pants, and rounded shoes. His left leg is bent at the knee and positioned slightly under the chair, while his right leg is extended forward with the toe resting over the edge of the step. Lincoln's shawl is draped over the back of the chair. On the back of the chair On the bottom of the figurine is a label that reads "Lincoln Book End.
