Description

This grey-toned print depicts circular portraits of the first eighteen presidents of the United States. Each president is depicted as a bust wearing a suit and white shirt underneath. Some of the presidents face forward, some are in profile, and some are depicted in three-quartered profiles. George Washington's portrait is the largest, and he is located in the center of the rectangular arrangement of the portraits. Surrounding him in a ring (starting at the top center and going towards the PL and around) are J. Adams, Madison, J. Q. Adams, M. Van Buren, Jackson, Monroe, and Jefferson. Beneath the image is the title of the piece, "Our Presidents". On the outside of the image and title is a faint double lined frame.
