Description

White silk ribbon is stamped with blue stripes and text. "J. Wilkins" is handwritten across the top of the ribbon, and "1860" is printed below. A candle in a hanging lantern is stamped in the center with "Indiana State Fair/Price, $1.00" arching above and below it. "Single" is printed at the bottom. This ribbon is part of the John E.
