Description
This is a black chantilly lace shoulder shawl that was owned and worn by Mary Todd Lincoln. The lace is made up of very fine black thread. The shawl is triangular in shape and features 3 inches of heavy floral and scroll decoration around all three sides, and scattered floral designs in the center.
