Description
Pair of white cotton gloves with elastic at the wrists. These gloves were found among the effects of Sullivan D. Green, Civil War correspondent and reporter for the Detroit Free Press. With the gloves is a note signed by Green: "pr. Gloves worn at Lincoln Obsequies, Springfield, Ills. S. D. Green."
