Description
White silk ribbon is stamped with black text and a stylized black outlined cross in the center. A vine is stamped across the top of the ribbon; "Terre Haute Commandery/No. 16 K.T." is printed directly below the vine. "1868-1905/Malta Festival/Terre Haute, Indiana/April 8, 1905" is printed directly below the cross. A line design is stamped across the bottom.
