Description
Red, white, and blue striped silk ribbon is stamped with images and text in black ink. "Vice President/Terre Haute Street Fair and Carnival/October 10 to 15" is printed amongst illustrated figures riding a horse, dancing, playing a clarinet or oboe, and carrying a sedan chair.
