Description
This is a sheer white cotton handkerchief that belonged to Robert Todd Lincoln. The handkerchief has three white stripes along the border of each end that form a checked pattern in each corner. There are also smaller stripes that go horizontal and vertical on the handkerchief, forming large boxes in the center of the field. The initials R.T.L are embroidered in one of the corners.
