Description

White silk political ribbon with text and image stamped in black. An illustration of a crowd waving an American flag with "Constitution & Laws" arcing above is printed at the top. "1856" is handwritten in ink within the image. The following is printed below the image: "People's National Ticket. For President, John C. Fremont of California. For Vice President, William L. Dayton, of New Jersey. Electors, Samuel W. Parker, John A. Hendricks." District numbers and names are printed below. "No Extension of Slavery into Free Territory" is printed across the bottom.
