Description
White silk political ribbon with text and image stamped in black. An illustration of an eagle with its wings spread across a scene of a farmer plowing fields is printed in the center. "Citizens' Committee" encircles the image. "Lincoln Reception, Philadelphia, February, 1861" is printed across the bottom. The top edge is folded and stitched and the bottom edge is frayed.
