Description
This postcard is a photograph of the exterior of the Wagon Wheel Inn at New Salem State Park near Petersburg, Illinois. It was built in 1936 to accommodate the visitors to New Salem State Park. The L-shaped building features three fireplaces and a wooded setting. The caption is printed at the bottom of the image. The number D-83 is printed in the lower left corner.
