This postcard is a photogravure of the plaster statue of President Abraham Lincoln by sculptor Daniel Chester French located at his studio in Stockbridge, Massachusetts. It was the plaster model for his larger statue in marble which sits in the Lincoln Memorial building in Washington, D. C.
