Description

This postcard is a photograph of the Cleveland, Columbus, and Cincinnati Railway locomotive "Nashville" which pulled President Abraham Lincoln's funeral train part of the route back to Springfield, Illinois. The engine is draped in mourning cloth and wreaths. A portriat of President Lincoln is on the front of the engine. At least eight men are positioined on or around the train for the photograph.
