Griswold of Cleveland to the office of District Attorney of the Northern District of Ohio. Docketed on verso: 'S.R. Harris Rep. atty of Crawford Co.' Autograph letter signed (ALS). Harris is possibly Stephen Ross Harris, 1825-1905, mayor of Bucyrus, Ohio, and Republican Congressman for Ohio's 13th district.
