Description

Black vinyl folder with a patriotic eagle with the title below stamped in gold-colored ink on the front. Clear plastic sleeves are attached to the outer edges of both sides of the interior. Inside the sleeve on the viewer's left is a white card with printed introductory text. The card in the sleeve on the viewer's right has rectangles with dates for the Small Cent Series of metal stamp designs dated 1857, 1859, and 1860 on the viewer's left and three more rectangles to the right for the numistamps featuring both sides of the Lincoln Cent from the years 1909, 1943, and 1959. The latter three rectangles have the metal stamps pasted on them. Serial No. 2132 is printed just below the eagle's right wing at the top of the card.
