This 201-page large format book features enlarged photographs printed from positives done from the original glass-plate negatives taken of Abraham Lincoln during the years 1846-1865. The text accompanying the photographs "consists of Lincoln's written and spoken words interspersed with eyewitness descriptions of the man."
