A bronze rectangular bar with scrollwork across the top is embossed with "Philadelphia" and is attached to the top of the ribbon. The ribbon reads, "Souvenir, 1st Anniversary Abraham Lincoln Camp No. 39, Penna. Division, Sons of Veterans, U.S.A., Hotel Adelphia, Feb. 12, 1910." The reverse of the ribbon reads, "With Fraternal Regards, J.P.M. Stolger." The dangling medallion features the right profile of President Abraham Lincoln in relief; a wreath encircles the bust.
