Description

This is a commemorative ribbon made out of white silk. There is a black outline of a shield in the center of the ribbon. The words "Ex Officers & Soldiers who have served in the Army during the present Rebellion" are written above the shield in black lettering. The words, "With Malice toward none With Charity for all. With firmness in the Right as God gives us to see the Right. A. Lincoln" are written inside of the shield outline, also in black lettering.
