Description
Cream silk commemorative ribbon. Cream ribbon is long and narrow with images and text in black, red, white and blue thread. Central image of Lincoln in frontal classical pose. Rolled document under image of Lincoln is the Emancipation Proclamation. Below the rolled document is text in alternating in lines of red and blue text that is from Lincoln's second presidential inaugural address. Top quarter of ribbon has a US flag in red, white and blue thread. Below the flag is a shield of the US flag with an eagle perched on top of it. Blue silk thread tassel at bottom point of ribbon.
