Description
This is collection of 37 cacheted covers that are mostly related to President Abraham Lincoln in some way. Thirty of the covers are 3-5/8 inches by 6-1/2 inches in size and sixteen of these are "First Day of Issue" cacheted covers. One is 4 inches by 7-1/2 inches and the remaining six are the larger 4-1/8 inches by 9-1/2 inches in size. Three of these larger covers have cachets drawn and signed by artist Lloyd Ostendorf.
