Description
This set of medals titled "The Nation's Monuments" features three copper-colored 38 mm medals each with a monument on one side and a president with a quotation on the other side in a felt-lined case. One medal features President George Washington with his quotation "Cultivate peace and harmony with all" on one side with Washington Monument on the other side with the date of dedication below. A second medal features President Thomas Jefferson with the quotation "That all men are created equal" on one side. The other side features the Jefferson Memorial in Washington, D. C., with the date of dedication below. The third medal features President Abraham Lincoln with his quotation, "With charity for all."
