Light blue silk political ribbon with circular portraits of 1860 Presidential candidate Abraham Lincoln and Vice-Presidential candidate Hannibal Hamlin stamped in black ink against a group of American flags. "Lincoln, Hamlin, and Liberty" is printed in black across the top. "Protection to American Industry" and the maker's name are printed across the bottom.
