Description
Medal features a red, white, and blue striped grosgrain ribbon and an attached medallion. The dangling copper medallion features Abraham Lincoln's right profile in low relief and "Lincoln Heritage Trail" embossed around the edge. An image of Lincoln on horseback is embossed on the back of the medallion, as well as "Kentucky, Indiana, Illinois, 1969."
