Description
This bas-relief is a head and shoulders bust of President Abraham Lincoln sculpted with his head facing to his right and placed on a blue background. Engraved at the bottom of Lincoln's left shoulder area is "Powell, patented 1865." The work is in an ornate round gilded frame.
