Description
Pink silk ribbon is stamped with images and text in black ink. An ovular portrait of George Washington is printed in the center of the ribbon; "Feb. 22, 1732-1900" is printed above. "Fifth District School/"Brightest on history's page, of any clime or age, as chieftain, man or sage, stands Washington"" is printed below the portrait.
