This folder contains thirteen philatelic items all related to events or places in the life of Abraham Lincoln. "First Day of Issue" souvenir sheets; large postcards with Lincoln stamps attached; a facsimile of Lincoln's handwritten Gettysburg Address with "First Day of Issue" postmark and Lincoln stamps; a program for the Sesquicentennial of Lincoln's Birth with a stamp block of green one-cent stamps with "First Day of Issue" postmark on the back cover; a facsimile of the calligraphic Proclamation of Emancipation portrait of Lincoln with an Emancipation Proclamation stamp and "First Day of Issue" postmark in the lower right corner; and a sheetlet of 20 Civil War commemorative stamps from the United States Postal Service Classic Collection.
