Description

Gold grosgrain ribbon is stamped with gold text and features a notched end and a decorative bar across the top. The bar is embossed with an image of Lincoln's Springfield home in low relief. The text on the ribbon reads, "58th National Convention, Women's Relief Corps, Springfield, 1940."
