Description

This postage stamps and covers album consists of 21 leaves with a heavy construction paper front and back cover with three holes punched in the left side margin for binding. The front cover has a stylized etching of the Lincoln Birthplace Cabin in the center with the title above and the publisher's information below all in silver-colored ink. Each of the leaves, printed on one side, only has a subtitle and illustrations of stamps with their dates of issue below. Most of the pages have a small amount of descriptive text about the design and issuance of the particular stamp. All of the leaves but one have a designated space for a cover to be mounted. The unbound pages are contained in the manilla envelope with the same illustration as that on the front cover printed on the left half of the envelope.
