Description
This print features half-length portrait of a beardless Abraham Lincoln done from a photograph taken of him on August 13, 1860, in Springfield, Illinois. Lincoln posed seated with his arms crossed over his chest wearing a black coat with a white vest and collared shirt with a black bow tie. Lincoln's arms are crossed across his chest. There is a copy of a handwritten sign or advertisement for his law practice in the bottom left corner that reads: A. Lincoln esqr.
