Description
This head and shoulders portrait of President Abraham Lincoln was done by creating a program on an I.B.M. computer and printing the dot matrix result on a continuous form sheet. Where darker areas were needed such as for the hair, beard, and jacket more than one letter was typed in the same space, for example an X was typed over an E. The title, a phrase from Lincoln's Gettysburg Address, is printed below the portrait. The portrait and title are framed within a rectangular black line border. The creators' initials are printed in the lower right corner. The perforated strips of sprocket holes are still attached to each side.
