Description

This color print features President Abraham Lincoln standing on a stage giving a speech to a crowd of people. Lincoln is depicted standing with his right hand behind his back and his left hand lifted in a gesture toward his listeners. He wears a dark jacket, vest, pants, and shoes with a white shirt and black bow tie. The print's point of view is as if the artist was standing in the crowd in front of Lincoln. There are more people seated behind him on the stage.. American flag bunting decorates the front of the stage. Note: With the exception of its size, lack of border around the image, and given copyright information, this is a copy of (71.2009.081.1684).
